Ruthie Howard was the first employee of the Pineridge Barbecue Company in Hensall and for 30 years, she worked closely alongside Bill Taylor and Julian Bayley who started the off-premise catering business . Pineridge is now in its 45th year and is going as strong as ever in the capable hands of Bill’s son, Dan. It was not only hard work, but also a great time with Ruthie guaranteeing plenty of laughs.
