HOWALD: Jessie (Firth) of Ilderton

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 of Ilderton, in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Jack Howald (1994). Loving mother of Marjorie and Ernie Taylor, the late Rick (2002) and Helga Howald, and Dave and Darlene Howald all of Ilderton. Adored grandma of Doug and Lori, Rick and Beth, Chrissie and Glen, Joe and Jennifer, Nick and Sara, Jack and Allie, and Caitlin. Much loved great grandma of Kelly, Amanda, Nicole, Sam, Mandy, Haley, Jamie, Spencer, Jacob, Max, and Rowan and great great grandma of Skyla, and Ava. She will be missed by her step grandchildren Linda, Barb, and Bonnie and their families. Dear sister-in-law of Marge Firth. Jessie will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, and extended families. Predeceased by her brother John Firth.

A celebration of life will be held at the Ilderton Community Centre, 13168 Ilderton Road, Ilderton on Saturday, May 18th from 1 – 4 PM. Cremation with interment, Medway Cemetery, Middlesex Centre.

For those who wish, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

What a wonderful LONG life Jessie had ! She was always graceful and kind and we are sure she will be missed by the whole family and friends who she was closest to. It was great to see how she was always included in family functions at Helga’s and how she enjoyed those times. Our condolences to the whole family…….Rest in peace Jessie.

We were so sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing. She was a wonderful lady!
