Passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Neil Hopper (2007). Cherished mom of Ronald Hopper (Candace), Joan Gowan (Brian), Anne Watcher (Rob), Elaine Bakos (Peter), and Paul Hopper (Natalie). Proud grandma of 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
A private family graveside will be held at Maitlandbank Cemetery. Cremation has taken place.
Sending sincere condolences to all of Blanche’s family at this sad time. She was so fortunate to have her loving family close by throughout her years. May fond memories bring comfort to each of you.
To all the Hopper families, extended families and friends. We extend our thoughts and prayers on hearing the passing of Blanche.

I remember when Mrs Hopper would visit Mom (Naomi) on the farm. She was always interested in family and the happenings.

Dear Family
My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time.
To the Hopper families – my sincerest condolences. No matter the age of our parents or our own ages, the loss of a mother is life-altering. May your good memories sustain you as time goes on. Harpurhey and Hopper just went together for me since early days at SPS, riding horses at Reynolds, and just having great times.
To the Hopper family from the Bradys of Harpurhay. Our sincere condolences to Joan and all. Barb is just returning from an extended family vacation in Italy and would be there with you if she could..You were wonderful friends and neighbours .Our thoghts are with you all…Bruce Brady and family.
