Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Condolence from Dorothy Henderson Minister Caven Presbyterian Church on January 24th, 2011 9:50 AM

Although I personally have never met Hank, we regularly, at our church (Caven Presbyterian) prayed for him and for Marilyn, and in the later months as Hank became more and more ill, we prayed that Hank might know the reassuring presence of God. Eric has made such a wonderful contribution to the musical ministry of our church and we are saddened, for him, at the loss of a father. No matter how old we are or how “prepared” we are or how deep is our faith, it is always a hard, hard time to lose a father. We send along deep and sincere sympathy.

To Marilyn, Eric, Mark and Matthew and families: May the peace of knowing a faithful Saviour comfort you in this difficult time.

Condolence from Laura and Aron McReynolds on January 25th, 2011 6:34 PM

Dear Aunt Marilyn, Eric, Mark, and Matt and Families,
We’ve been thinking and praying for you for many months, Uncle Hank has always been one of my favorite uncles, I have always enjoyed his sense of humor, and admired his drive to honor and serve God. He was a good and faithful servant! A vessel and instrument that God used to further His kingdom! He will be missed, but now, he gets to spend eternity with our Heavenly Father! Praying for you in the months to come as you mourn his presence. “May the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles” be with you. (II Corinthians 1:3)
Love, Laura, Aron and family

Family of Hank den Hollander,
Through this message we would like to express condolences with the loss of your husband, father, father-in-law, brother, brother-in-law and grandfather.
We remember Hank as a decent and correct businessman, a nice person to work with. We got to know Hank when he worked at Ben van der Zwaag makelaardij, Ontario, Canada. He came with great regularity to Holland to speak to potential emigrants. In 1992 I have visited you, madam Den Hollander, and Hank during our stay in Ontario.
We wish you all great strength to bear this loss and good memories as solace.
