At Marshall Gowland Manor, Sarnia on Monday, November 5, 2007 Helen P. (Regan) Morkin, formerly of London in her 93rd year.  Beloved wife of the late Thomas B. Morkin (2000) Dear mother of Dianne Rosenthal of Aspen, Colorado, Bill and Maureen Morkin of Corunna, Jane Watson of Quesnel, B.C. and Tom Jr. and Liz Morkin of Turkey.  Dear grandmother of Tracy, Scott and Sue, Daryl and Alina, and Kelly Morkin, and Cristian and Brian Watson. Dear sister of Rosemary Regan of London and sister-in-law of Christine Armstrong of Milton and Mary Maguire of London. Predeceased by her sisters Evelyn, Marie, Marge, Rita and Shirley, brothers Joe, Gerald and Neil, sisters-in-law Philomene Regan, Agnes Regan and brothers-in-law Bill Dietrich, Joe Harding, Harry Sharpe, Charlie Gilmore, Jack Armstrong and Bev Maguire.  Helen dedicated her life to her family through much personal sacrifice and prayer.  Her children are most thankful for both.  The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at Marshall Gowland Manor for their committed and loving care over the past 4 years.  Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.  The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church, Lucan on Friday, November 9th at 10 AM with Father Vincent Van Zutphen presiding. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery.  Prayers will be said in the funeral home Thursday evening at 8:30 PM.  Donations to Rayjon Share Care Inc. would be appreciated by the family.
