I am so glad that we had a nice visit at our family Christmas when we were talking about. your next holiday trip to Texas. Carol was a major supporter for Holy Trinity Church. She took care of the ones in the “Over 80 Club” presenting amaryllis pots each Christmas. as well as as serving as church warden, and many other church needs. She could be counted on to deliver Meals on Wheels and we could always count on Carol to add her good food and happiness for family events. Her roses were beautiful and bountiful. She even became an avid pigeon flyer. How do you start to recount all the wonderful memories.

I just watched, with you, Carol’s ceremony and it was one of the most beautiful and touching events I have ever seen. What a beautiful person Carol was. Just extraordinary. How lucky am I to have had Carol as my Aunt. She had this incredible ability to make me, and so very many others, feel special and loved. I will never forget her, and I will aways be here for you all (even if I little further away than others), please know that I and we care tremendously.

Uncle Frank, Phil, Christa and family: Thinking of you all today as we say goodbye to Aunt Carol. I have so many great memories and am thankful for the time she spent teaching me how to raise and show sheep. I still have the baby blanket she knit for me (all the kids used it as well) and look forward to sharing our favourite Aunt Carol moments when we’re able to gather together in person!

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Carol. It certainly was a joy to be in her company. I will miss hearing her funny stories at the President’s BBQ and various Cattlemens’ events that we attended with her. We are thinking of you, Frank and your family. Peace and prayers.

When I heard of Carol’s death today, a bit of light went out in my world. Carol was the best of what all of us would like to be and did it with grace and humility. Her smile and candour are two things that I will remember. May God bring you strength as you face the days ahead. I am keeping you all in prayer.
