I am so heart broken after hearing of your mom’s passing
I do take solace in knowing that your mother was our friend… a true friend, some one we could always count on,
Rita and I always enjoyed her company, the dinners and the hilarious stories she would tell us, good and bad,
Your mother could remodel a home, and do mostly all the work herself, she had that gift.
I will miss her deeply.
However, If I can provide some comfort at all your mother and my Rita are having a good chat right now…. true friends reunited.
You will all be in my thoughts, while going through this difficult time…
Pat

Dear Greg, Melissa, Anne and families,
It takes a special person to be a good Mom, but it takes an even more special person to be the Mom of great children. You are all proof that your Mom was a very very very special person. She held each of you deep within her heart and was proud to be your Mom, and Grandma to her grandkids.
Children and grandchildren continue the legacy their Mother begins. Your Mom has built a strong legacy, that we know you will continue on.
Our thoughts are with you and yours. It was an honour and a privilege to have her as a big sister, a friend, and for us to be a part of your Mom’s life.
Love Dan and Cathy

Friends and Family of Dianna Hammond

So truly sorry to hear that Dianna had passed…

A truly beautiful person — inside and out.
She would do anything for a complete stranger… but lord love you if she heard you ‘hired’ out a job that she thought she could teach you how to do yourself. Sometimes she scared me with her intensity and drive!

I remember visiting her in Parkwood soon after a motorcycle accident that would have easily killed a lesser being. She was giving the ‘professionals’ a stink eye because they were telling her how limited her life would be now.
Not Dianna… She simply refused to accept that and proved them all wrong.

Nobody could decorate like Dianna!!
