Dear Reid and family
So sorry to hear this sad news. I met Diane when I joined the Bank of Nova Scotia, right out of grade 12. Diane was a wonderful mentor to me. She taught me the importance of providing exceptional customer service, the importance of working hard and to always work to better improve yourself. Diane was more than a mentor, she became a good friend. We enjoyed many good times outside of work also. She liked a good party!! I hadn’t seen Diane in years but recently connected through Facebook. It was wonderful to see her smiling face again! Reid, you will certainly miss Diane but keep all your wonderful memories close to your heart and she will be with you always. Take care. Wendy and Richard
