Marlene met me at Guardian, I worked over at Pet Valu before taking my maternity leave, she was the sweetest person to talk to there, she guessed I was pregnant before telling anybody, she asked me my due date, and that was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. I went to visit her on each of my breaks from work just to buy a $2 or $3 candy bar just to say hi. She would always talk about John and her kids as well as her sister, she loved them and brought joy to others with her stories. My son is now 3 months old and I feel horrible about not being able to bring him in beforehand. I miss her dearly and I know she’ll be watching over all of us and making sure we are all safe. Condolences to the family and just know she truly has a special place in my heart. I won’t ever be able to walk into guardian without thinking of her. I’m so sorry for your loss and I am here for you guys anytime you need
