I’d like to express my sincere condolences to all of you. I don’t need to tell you what a great guy Kyle was, but I’d like to share with you what Kyle meant to me as an employee. Kyle gave his all everyday on the job, if something wasn’t running properly he wouldn’t give up and do what ever he could to figure it out on his own. He would always go above and beyond what was asked of him whether it was coming in early or staying late if we were short staff to help out a fellow teammate, and working overtime whenever available. He had a very kind hearted, compassionate, let things roll of your shoulder personality. We just had his 4yr review in February and I will never forget what he said, he said he loved the job and the work that he did and was always willing to learn more. He appreciated everything that he had received from Syfilco. I want you to know that I had high respect for him and appreciated everything he did as an employee. There will never be another Kyle, and he will never be forgotten. He will be greatly missed, I honestly could go on and on! Cherish the memories you have of him as will I, know that his memory will live on in all of you.

I worked with Kyle several years ago as a young guy. Kyle took me under his wing and taught me how to workout and raise my confidence in myself. Kyle also kept me and our co-workers safe for many years. My condolences to someone I once refered to as my brother. Never forget what you did for me.

So sorry to have heard of the passing of Kyle. He and I became really good friends almost 10 years ago in college. Some of my greatest times were had with him. Had the privilege of having him in my wedding party.

Hit a little close to home to have found out about his passing when I hadn’t heard from him in recent times. Much respect from the man himself. May he rest easy, and keep a eye out for all he leaves behind!
