Condolence From: Joyce& Neil Hatch Family
To the Garnhum Family In Remembrance of your Loving Mother “YOGI”. Our sincere condolences are sent to your family from The Hatch Family- Joyce&Neil, Nancy, Janey, Judy,NeilJr. & Shelley. Our two families go back many years to our Military days (The 60’s) in Centralia…..We lived but two houses from each other so we became well acquainted, when we both moved on we kept in touch. Years went by and even tho had retired and eventually ended up on P.E.I. and your Mom in Zurich we still corresponded back and forth. We would visit our daughter Nancy in Belmont &at times we came to “meet up” with your Mom in her lovely home with her “cats”. On one occassion we brought one of our Judy’s twins Jen with us. (Nancy & judy and myself.) Neil and I would drive up for a visit and we’d go to Bayfield for dinner..Your Mom was on the Island several years ago and our Judy went and picked her up at a relatives home and brought her out to our place in the “country” for dinner…..Yogi and I had many looonnnnggggg conversations on the phone catching up and having lots of laughs!!!!!!!!I shall miss those “telephone times”. I (Joyce) have tried to call Lynn but the no. in the tele. book is not in use any more. Also called Jackie in London. I did not leave a message.. In June I will be going to Belmont for a visit. Nan and I will take some time to go to the cemetary in London and have some quiet at your Mom’s resting place…. I close with a short verse…….”May each lasting memory of all you shared ease your pain and bring comfort to your hearts.” Joyce & Neil Hatch.95 Crooked Creek Road PEI C1EOL9
