Fred Smith

Suddenly at his late residence on Saturday, January 8, 2011 of Huron Park in his 66th year. Beloved husband of the late Linda (Benoit) Smith. (2004). Dear father of Doug and Pat Smith of Toronto and Donna and Jeff Smith of London. Dear grandfather of Kristin and Terrence; Megan, Jennifer and Michael. Great-grandfather of Dakota. Dear brother of Ken Smith of Grand Bend, Ron Smith of London and Debbie and Roger Garnis of Clinton. Fred will be missed by the Benoit and Dickey families.

Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Saturday, January 15th from 9:30 AM until the memorial service at 11 AM with Bob Heywood officiating. Cremation with inurnment Exeter Cemetery.

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Doug,Donna and family my deepest condolences on the loss of your dad,grandpa,brother.i have known and hung around your family as a kid..we all grew up in that small little area known as Huron Park.i use to see your dad once a week.he would come in to new orleans pizza to get a pizza for him and his kitty.i would ask about you guys and he would ask about my dad.i am gonna miss his weekly visit and the small talk.your dad has earned his wings to be a special angel watching over you all.you will be in my thoughts and prayers
