Uncle Jack has always been a part of “the farm” in Canada for as long as I can remember! I have pleasant memories of his and Aunt Jeannie’s laughter adding to the festive spirit of the family reunions; and warmly greeting us on our occasional visits. I thought at first I was looking at a picture of Uncle Hilt (whom I also loved). My brother Jack Ford (here in Michigan) and I were teased constantly as children by Jack, but with the sweetest twinkle in his eye. He was our hero. (A part of my small little world has collapsed.)
