With heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected but peaceful passing of our beloved rock, our strength, and the foundation of our family. Con passed quietly in his sleep at home on July 19, 2026, in his 77th year. Loving husband and soulmate of Linda (Dietrich) for 54 years. Cherished father of Christopher Foran, Julie Foran, and Matthew Foran (Kendra). Always waiting and willing to drop everything for his grandchildren; Evan, Shailyn, Kaydence, Olivia, and Kendell. Predeceased by his parents John and Sophia (Kilimnik) Foran, and mother and father-in-law Leonard and Dorothy (Ziler) Dietrich.

Dear brother and brother-in-law of Eileen George (the late Harry), Anne Symonds (the late Ted), Frank (Janice), Cathy Drennan (Gordie), Terry, the late Janice Bowland (Gerry), Donna Auger (the late Brian), Rosemary Foran (Jack Martin), Mary Ellen Foran (Gerald Jefferson), Margaret Foran (Rick Govers), Tom Foran (Debbie), the late Kathleen Foran (Mike Purcell), Betty Jane Higgins (Greg), Robert Dietrich (Dorothy), Richard Dietrich (Pauline), Tom Dietrich (late Kathy), Suzanne Davis, Donna Martin (Mike), Len Dietrich (Cindy), and the late Gerald Dietrich. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Through countless hours spent coaching his children, grandchildren, and many young athletes, he instilled the values of hard work, determination, respect, and perseverance. Whether he was behind the bench, refereeing from the sidelines, or simply cheering them on, he was always there—generous with his time, patient with his guidance, and proud of every effort. His greatest reward was never the final score, but watching those he loved grow into hardworking, compassionate individuals.

A special thank you to the Huron OPP and Dr. Martin for their care and compassion.

A private family funeral mass will be held at a later date. Cremation with interment Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Mt. Carmel.

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Foundation-South Huron Trail would be appreciated by the family.
