Passed away peacefuIIy at the Seaforth Manor on Friday, March 7, 2014. Evelyn Noreen Carter (nee Williamson) of Seaforth, in her 92nd year.
BeIoved wife of the Iate Iorne Carter (1992). Ioving mother of GIoria Rlley and her husband Ron of Harpurhey and Don Carter of Seaforth. Cherished Grandma of GIenda BIair and her husband Stephen of Stratford, Brian Rlley and his wife SharryI of Seaforth, Joanne Cameron and her friend James of Peterborough, Janice Richardson and her fiance Kevin of Fergus, Brad Carter and his wife Ieanne of MiIton and JuIie Snell and her friend Steve of Seaforth; Great-Grandma of CarIy and Connor BIair, Katelyn, Mellssa and OIivia Rlley, Megan, Iauren and Ashlyn Carter, and Halley and AIison Snell. Survived by sister Ina McGrath and sister-in-Iaw HeIen Williamson, both of Seaforth. Evelyn wiII be fondIy remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by sibIings, OIive CIarke (Albert), Norman Williamson (Evelyn), Herbert Williamson, OIda Jervis (Russell), FIorence Nesbett (George), Roy Williamson (KathIeen); and aIso by brothers-in-Iaw Jack Carter (FIorence), and MichaeI McGrath.
Visitation wiII be heId at McGlynn FamiIy FuneraI Home, Seaforth 519-527-1390, on Monday, March 10, 2014 from 11 a.m. untiI the time of Evelyns funeraI service to ceIebrate her Iife at 1 p.m. Pastor Stephen HiIdebrand wiII officiate and a reception wiII foIIow at Northside United Church. Spring interment wiII take pIace at MaitIand Bank Cemetery, Seaforth.

While your Mom was in good health, she did take an active interest in life and her family. So many enjoyed the yard sales that she frequently had which must have taken a lot of work on her part although she always seemed to have an abundance of energy. Sincere sympathy to all of you.
