It was a shock when I read the obit in the London Free Press….had no idea Jean was in hospital. As a neighbour about 3 houses North of Jean’s home I extend sincere condolences to Jean’s daughter and extended family, so sorry! Jean was a kind and good person who always looked well dressed and coiffed. I also remember her when she worked in the Post Office. She will be missed.

Condolence from Jennifer, Adam, Dayne & Jo-Ann Kenny on May 23rd, 2015 9:39 PM

Our hearts are broken with Aunt Jean’s passing – she holds a very special place not only in our hearts but also in the Harris home. I will never forget the laughs we had and the funny stories she told at our family gatherings. I am so glad Dayne and Jo-Ann were fortunate to know their great aunt. When we visted her at the cabin, she always greeted us with a smile and a treat. When Jo-Ann was little she always loved that she and Aunt Jean had the same color hair. We are all saddened by her passing and send our sympathies to Judy, Steve, Michael & Kate and their families. Aunt Jean was one of a kind….

Dear Judy and family,
We are deeply saddened to hear of Aunt Jean’s passing.
My memories of Aunt Jean will be cherished forever. Her fiery red haired personality always showed through… always laughing and having such an energetic, fun-loving spirit. She gave everyone so much love, and we all loved her dearly.
May the memories of your Mom remain with you always. As Darlene says above, she was a beautiful lady!

Condolence from Shari Robinson on May 27th, 2015 10:32 AM

Dear Judy, I`ve enjoyed looking through your photo album. What an active fun loving woman your Mom was. You can tell how important the cottage life ‘down home’ was to her.

You will miss her, she was such a good Mom and friend to you. Whenever we’d meet over the years she’d tell me about your life and family, she was very proud of you and her grandchildren.

Looking at the pictures made me homesick for the east coast. I always thought it was interesting that your Mom and Dad came from the same town in NB as my Mom and then ended up neighbours in Exeter.
