My heart goes out to Lizzy and the family. I have known Jim for about 7 years. He was funny, kind, sweet and smart. He loved Lizzy with all his heart and always told me how proud he was of his children. He always asked me how I was doing and had great advice if I needed. He was a wonderful friend and I will miss him.
I first met Jim when, he came with Elizabeth, to our Anniversary celebration. Each time I met him he had smiles for me and was always please when I popped by to drop something off.
He was very dedicated to Elizabeth and very caring even if he didn’t feel well himself. I never once heard a complaint from him about anything.
Jim, was kind, caring, loving man with so much dignity.
I have always been very impressed how he and Elizabeth grew their family and raised them in so many different situations and places, outstanding loving people. I have been honoured to have known Jim.
Hugs for Elizabeth and Chrisy, whom I know well and also for those I am yet to meet. Rita

My heart breaks from the news of Jim’s death.
It was an honour to know him. He was a wonderful friend at the Mews.
We served on the Bayfield Historic Board together and I was always happy to
sing his praises, even if he was too modest to do it himself.
Thank you Jim and Lizzy you always made a great team!
With much love,
Joy
