With heart-felt sympathy for the loss of such a wonderful woman. She made such a difference in the daily lives of young woman at Brescia, including myself. After a tough day in class, you could always count on Elaine to brighten your mood just through her soft and warm smile. Elaine, you will be missed but always remembered. I would like to extend my deepest condolences to Elaine’s family. I worked closely with Elaine during her years at Brescia and have to say she was a delight to work with. Her positive attitude and bright smile lit up a room and infected those around her.
She was one of the most kind and thoughtful people that I have ever had the pleasure to know and work with.
She will be missed and fondly remembered.

My deepest sympathies to Elaine’s family. Although I did not have a lot of time with Elaine her influence was long lasting. Her open mindedness and acceptance of those around made us all feel welcome, students, staff and faculty alike. Thoughts of her smile still makes the space light up.

It is with much sadness that we learnt of Elaine’s passing. It was wonderful to get to know Elaine while we lived and worked at Bresica. Ursuline Hall will certainly not be the same.
