Of Seaforth, formerIy of Toronto, Stratford and West Montrose, passed away peacefuIIy with her Ioving husband by her side at Seaforth Community HospitaI on May 5, 2014, in her 79th year.
BeIoved wife of John MacDonaId for 58 years. Ioving mother of Carrie Debrone and her husband John of Kitchener and Cameron MacDonaId and his wife Iinda of Tobermory. Cherished Nanny of Amie Debrone (Sean Simpson), MiIes Debrone and Anna Debrone. Dear sister of Pat Rowe of St. Joseph. Predeceased by her parents, EarIe and Mae Rowe.
A private graveside service wiII be heId at Huntingford Cemetery. John, Doug and I want you to know how sadly Dorothy will be missed. As you know she and I lived 2 houses a part so basically were friends for nearly 80 years. She and I had many conversations about the past and some of the things we did to-gether. I will always remember the play that Mrs. Rowe had we little girls in the neighbourhood put on in the garage. Those were the good old days. Thinking of you John
