Donald Clarence Reid

Peacefully at his late residence, on Sunday, February 28, 2010, of RR #1 Arva, in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Margaret (Colbert) Reid. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Mildred and Risdon Atkinson of Alliston and Joanne and Cliff Nowitski of Mississauga and Pat and Dave Harrison of Straffordville, Jim and Mary Colbert of Arva and Claudette and John Moir of Ilderton. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. Dear stepfather of Deborah Fisher, Bonnie and Rob Black, Shawn Fisher and their children all of London.

A memorial service will be held at St. John the Divine Anglican Church, (Richmond St. at Medway Rd.) Arva, on Friday March 5th, at 11 AM with the Rev. Wendy Murray officiating. Cremation with interment at St. John the Divine Cemetery, Arva.

Donations to St. John the Divine Anglican Church or to the London Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.

I am very sad to hear of Don’s passing. I enjoyed working with Don at Gen. Motors for several years prior to his retirement and I will always have fond memories of that.
