Both Bruce & Dolores entered my life, many years ago, mainly through their friendship with Marion & Andy.

Dolores Shapton was a person who made things happen and passed on valuable life skills which are evident in her family and community. It would be impossible to describe her simply with words. I remember Dolores with fond memories from the Zurich Fair…she conducted a “judging” seminar which I attended and was so well-educated by her ability. And when I entered classes at the zurich fair, and Dolores was the “judge”, I knew that if I won a prize, I deserved it because she was such a “pro” and I liked how she left comments to the fair-participants about how to improve what they might enter at next year’s annual fair!
She was a great mentor!…here’s my favourite saying “A good example…is the best sermon…ever”
And Dolores Shapton was an impressive creative and encouraging lady.
