DIEBEL: Peacefully, at Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall, on Good Friday, April 18, 2003, Clarence “Barney” Diebel, of Exeter, formerly of Dashwood and Tara, in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Laureen (Oesch) Diebel. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Marjorie and Ted Hill of Owen Sound, Valerie Diebel of Tara, Althea Miller of Elora, Vera Guenther and Violet Rader, both of Exeter, Madge Oesch of Goderich and Carl Oesch of Stratford. Remembered by his many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his brothers Nelson Diebel and Ken Miller, parents Clarence and Eva (Carson) Diebel. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation on Easter Monday, April 21, 2003 commencing at 12:30 p.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 1:30 p.m. Mr. Bob Heywood officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the C.N.I.B., Cancer Society or charity of choice would be appreciated.
