DESJARDINE: Peacefully, at his residence, on Saturday, June 14, 2003, Willis Ray Desjardine, of R. R. #2, Dashwood, in his 63rd year. Beloved husband of Ella Ann (Wood) Desjardine. Loved father of Ray Desjardine and companion Gloria Ferguson of Walton, Cindy Gwynne and companion Ken McNab of R. R. #1, Dashwood, Michelle Desjardine and companion Alex McCauley of London. Loving grandpa of Micah and Stephanie Gwynne. Also remembered by his siblings, their families and special nephew Leslie Desjardine of Exeter. Predeceased by his parents Placid (1951) and Mabel Saloma (Wilds) (1982) Desjardine. Cremation, with interment later Sylvan Cemetery. Willis was an accomplished fiddler, winning many awards and trophies throughout Ontario in numerous Old Time Fiddling Contests. If desired, memorial donations to the Cancer Society or charity of choice would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood.
