Anne, Dan and Family
Please accept our deepest sympathy. Bruce was a great guy. He was always interested in the people he met. He had an excellent memory and could recall what had been talked about the last time we met. He knew facts and figures and information about things that most of us had forgotten years ago. He was a most faithful member of the Lodge and valued it’s work and the friendships he made. We enjoyed chatting with him when we had the chance. Although his last years took a toll on him, he never failed to have a smile on his face each time we saw him. I know he will be missed by many people and by his family. God Bless.

Our sympathy in the loss of your dear Uncle Bruce. He was one of the cousins that I grew up with. Bruce and Fred were the cousins closest to my age and I have wonderful memories of both Bruce and your father. We had lots of fun times and as kids a few fights especially over Grandma Delbridge’s hammock. As we grew older we had great visits. Bruce had an amazing memory and loved to visit. He took a great interest in people and could remember so much about them and past events. We shared a love of reading. I particularly remember his message at Decoration Day services at Exeter’s cemetery. His dedication to his church and lodges was great and he contributed so much. Bob and Helen

Condolence from Janice Little on July 1st, 2021 4:30 AM

Fond childhood memories of Mr. Delbridge. He was my teacher, I think perhaps Grade 6? That was many years ago at A. J. Baker PS in Kintore. Still remember the little car he drove, I think it was a Corvair.
