David William Wright of RR 2 Granton, passed away suddenly at his late residence on October 23, 2009 in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Cheryl (Bilyea) Wright. Dear father of Paul Wright and Maura Hohner of Exeter and Mark and Jean Wright of St. Marys. Adoring grandpa of Tyler, Taylor; Emily; and Tyler. Dear brother and brother-in-law of John Wright of New Hamburg, Nelson and Kathy Bilyea, Norm and Cindy Bilyea and Heather and Don Benner all of Granton and Maxine and Bob Weir of Thamesford. A very special uncle and great-uncle to Courtney, Whitney and Mitchell Benner and Ashley and Craig Swarthout and their children, Liam and Hayden. Predeceased by his parents Bill and Marg Wright and his in-laws Max and Shirley Bilyea.

Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th at 2 PM with Pastor Paul Vollick officiating. Interment Granton Cemetery. Donations to Granton-Wesley United Church, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
