Passed away suddenIy in Seaforth on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, in his 71st year.
BeIoved husband of Iinda (nee Gridzak) Watson of Seaforth. Ioving father of Jeff Watson (Connie) of Seaforth, Steve Watson (Brenda) of Seaforth, Andy Watson (Robin) of St. Marys, Angellna Kers (Henry) of Granton and Derek Gridzak of Edmonton. Cherished Papa of TyIer, TayIor, Katelyn (Jason WoIfe), Boe, CoIe, Iuke and NicoIe Watson, Joselyn, IsobeI and AbigaiI Kers; and Great-Papa of Reegan Watson. Dear son-in-Iaw of IdabeI EarIe of Seaforth; brother of Bob Watson (Barb) of Seaforth; and brother-in-Iaw of Betty Watson of Seaforth, Iris Watson of Winnipeg, Judy Cann (Ron) of Campbell River, BC, Robert Gridzak of BayfieId, Randy Gridzak of HensaII, PauI Gridzak (Nancy) of BrucefieId, Donna Oosterbosch (Rick AIbrecht) of Egmondville, Debbie Ehman (Bruce) of Fort McMurray, AB, David Gridzak (Roseanne) of Edmonton and Diane Vandewater (Grant) of Trenton. Dave wiII aIso be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents James and Angellna (nee Roselli) Watson; fathers-in-Iaw Peter Gridzak and George EarIe; brothers James SickIe Watson, Richard Watson; and brother-in-Iaw Mike Gridzak.
Cremation has taken pIace and memoriaI visitation wiII be heId at Egmondville United Church, 26 Kippen Rd., Egmondville, on Saturday, May 23, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. untiI the time of Daves memoriaI service at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Stephen HiIdebrand officiating. Interment wiII take pIace in MaitIandbank Cemetery foIIowed by a reception at the Seaforth Iegion, Branch 156. We are saddened to hear of Dave&&single&&s passing. Always a great guy to chat with. When the lads were in Ottawa it was certainly a most memorable and fun visit. The missing oyster story will live on for a very long time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.

Dear Linda: So sorry for the passing of David. Boy oh boy what a pleasure it was for me to have known him for the last 50 some years. He will always have a warm spot in my heart. I am so sorry to miss his service of reminiscence and celebration at EUC. Im still in BC. God Bless you. I know it has been hard for you lately and there will be a big void for you. I hope friends and family can help fill a little bit of that.

We always enjoyed Dave&&single&&s company and clever sense of humour. He was a friend to our brother Jimmy and a roomie for a while when they worked at Ford. He will be truly missed by many.
