Passed away peacefully at Exeter Villa with his loving wife by his side on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at the age of 91. Beloved husband of Linda (Vaughan) Culbert for 60 years. Cherished father of the late Sherry-Anne Culbert (1976). Dear brother and brother-in-law of Mary Ellen Williamson, Jim and Sue Culbert, Augustus and Ken Reath, Kate and Don Ceasr, Charlie and Vicki Culbert, Arline and Alan Ayers-Brown, and Cindy and Randy Nesbitt. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and the extended Culbert, Vaughan and his spiritual family. Predeceased by his brother-in-law Donald Williamson, Jim and Debbie Vaughan, and Patrica Smith, parents Cecil and Olive (Shaw) Culbert, and his parents-in-law James and Edith (Stewart) Vaughan.
Cremation has taken place.
Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
