Peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family at LHSC-University Hospital, London on Saturday, July 13, 2013 in his 93rd year. Born and raised in Auburn and a long-time resident of Ilderton. Beloved husband of Beulah (Stryde) Craig for 67 years. Loving father of Carolyn and Bill Ideson of Arva, Vera and Don Henderson of Ilderton and Jeff and Martha Craig of High River, AB. Loved by his grandchildren Bob and Katharine; Kristy and Mike, Brad and Amy, Greg and Morgan, Jenna and Chris; Jillian and John, Gwen and Dan and great-grandchildren Taylor, Emily, Owen, Kyle, Rachael, Colin, Megan, Lucas, Jordyn, Elizabeth and Malcolm. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Ila and Harry Worsell of Goderich and Betty Cox of Clinton. Bob will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Dorothy Strasser, brothers Bill and Allen Craig, sister-in-law Layne Craig and brother-in-law Stan Strasser.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM, where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 16th at 1:00 PM with Pastor Paul Vollick officiating. Interment Littlewood Cemetery, Ilderton.
Donations to Ilderton United Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

My dear Uncle Bob:
How will this world get along without you? Your joking ways and loving kind manner will live in my heart for eternity.
Even though our paths haven’t crossed in recent years. You were always right here with me. How could that be helped? When ever someone says my name…..I always hear BEVIE!! Then see your wonderful smiling face and laugh!! (I also hear Auntie scolding you for saying it)!!
Bevie is a special bond with you that you gave to me. I will cherrish it all my life.
Thank you Aunt Beullha, Callie, Vera and Jeff for sharing Uncle Bob with all of us cousins. I know how much his family meant to him and how pround he is of each of his children, his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
I am so pleased that my family, even though so far away. Got to know and love you as well.
I know you will continue to watch over your family from heaven.
Say hi to Mom and Dad for me.

Our thoughts are with you in the loss of your husband, dad, poppa and grandpa. We always loved to see Bob when we visited and felt like we were part of his family. His smile lit up the room.

Sorry to hear of your loss. Ralph worked for Bob and has many good thoughts of that time.You will miss him.

I know how close Jenna felt to her grandfather and from meeting some of the family, I know that was a common thread in such a close, caring family. Dear Craig Family-We are sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. As I am sure you have heard many times over in the last few days-Bob will be remembered as a very warm friendly guy with a great smile and always time for a little visit with everyone. We are so glad we had just that opportunity last year with your parents at Jenna’s shower and wedding. Remember all the great memories you have collected over the years. Love to all the family.
