CRAIG: Unexpectedly, at London Health Sciences Centre – Victoria Hospital, London, on Monday, May 31, 2021, M. L. Elizabeth “Betty” (Cameron) Craig of London, age 69. Beloved wife of William “Bill” Paul Craig. Loved mother of Lisa Osbitsch of Strathroy. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Christine and Bob McNamara of St. Joseph and Bill Cameron of Fox Creek, Alberta. Remembered by her aunts Audrey McMillian of New York and Julie Rees of Ancaster, the Craig Family, nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Doc Cameron (1987) and Jessie Blanche (Rees) (Cameron) Kinat (2016) of Hensall and brother Dan Cameron (1976). At Betty’s request, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place at the Maitland Cemetery, Seaforth. Arrangements entrusted to the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood. Betty was so well known in the nursing profession for her compassion, caring and giving nature during her 40+ years of service. Her co-workers at Mount Hope presented Betty with an award for her dedication and caring attitude. Betty was one of the 12 graduates of the final class at the South Huron Hospital – Registered Nurses Assistant program in 1973. If desired, memorial donations (payable directly) to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
Our hearts go out to the family at this time of loss.A special prayer for Bill and Lisa.Betty was a very thoughtful neighbour and freind who opened her heart to my family when we moved in 2 doors down in 2001.May God open his arms to Betty for eternal life.Thank you for being a freind.Ron &Wanda Talbot and Family.

I’m so very sorry to hear about Betty. She was such a wonderful spirit. My condolences to the family.
Chris and Bill sorry for your loss. Betty will be missed dearly by her 11 sisters of 73. She was like a big sister to us and as such saved our butts or should I say my butt several times. You can be sure every time we get together she will be right there with us. Again sorry for your loss. ❤️

I was very sad to hear the news of Betty’s passing. I have many fond memories of growing up with Betty in Hensall, which feels like only yesterday. My heart goes out to you and the rest of the family at this very sad time.

Cameron girls were the prettiest girls in school! ( you were handsome too Bill)
