Dearest Cousins,
Auntie Kay was a huge part of our lives for many years. Most every gathering at Gramma and Grampa’s on a Saturday or Sunday she would be there. She was always so happy to be there and always had a beautiful smile and a sparkle in her eye. She was a regular at the family dinners, and if there was an occasion she wasn’t there, she was missed. (We would all ask upon our arrivals” is Auntie Kay coming?”..)
I know having her there made Gramma and Grampa happy too. She was good company for them . She always asked how we were doing, how our work was etc. She was a real Gem and we were blessed to have had such a wonderful Auntie in our lives…Many many memories that we will forever hold in our hearts. Sending hearfelt condolences and warm hugs to all of you.xo
Rest in Peace Auntie Kay. ❤️

We would see Kay when we visited with grandma, especially in the spring, summer and autumn months,. She would be outside sweeping, doing some garden work, hanging out clothing or gathering them, supervising one or more of the children, or visiting with grandma.
