In the 1960s, Tony and I attended high school in Parkhill and I recall his intense, firey personality.
I especially remember in gym class – heaven help you if you got in his way during floor hockey or basketball, it was much safer to be on his side!!

Mary and Tony’s family,, I am saddened to read about your loss of Tony. He was such a wonderful person. I used to see him a lot when I worked at Heywood’s , he would come in for breakfast at times,, and he was always the first one with a kind word, or he would say something to make me laugh to start my day. I always looked forward to seeing him come in. I am sure Pete was standing there, anxious to welcome his Dad home, and to be able to show him the way around up there. He will be keeping the angels laughing now.. RIP Tony.
