Condolence from Kathy Hunking on November 17th, 2016 12:11 PM

Marion was one of a kind. She and Ron were never blessed with children of their own, but they had lots and lots of kids and grandkids all over the province and beyond. Marion had the biggest heart of anyone I have ever known. She and Ron will be re-united and I can almost hear how the conversation will go. Marion will always be missed and forever loved by my three children and their spouses, along with Ron and myself. Our hearts go out to all of Marion’s closest of friends……….she had a lot of them. God speed Marion. Loved you to the moon and back. Ron & Kathy Hunking xoxo

Marion and Ron were our 2nd grandparents, our friends and family by choice.
We were always excited to be left with them whether for a day, a week or many weeks on end.
They took care of us, baked for us, educated us, listened to us and made us feel like we truly mattered.

Although they did not have any children of their own, they left a larger swath than what most parents do with the hearts they touched, the minds they helped foster and the love that they shared.

I truly missed Ron when he departed and now those times are memories forever.
Marion, you were an absolutely incredible person, friend and role model for us all to follow! The planet is a better place because of you both!
