At Craigwiel Gardens, Ailsa Craig on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, of Strathroy and formerly of Lucan, in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late William Cochrane (1968) and dear friend of the late George Paul (1992). Dear mother of Jean and Rev. Ken Allen of Exeter, Ruth and Jack Hartling of Timmins, Louise Cochrane and Marie Cochrane both of London, Bill Cochrane of Kitchener, and Bobbie and Jerry Vens of Strathroy. Dear grandmother of Scott, Barb, and Mary Belle; Sean and Robert; Elizabeth and Jennifer; Chris; Mike and Dave; Kim, Regan, Bill and Lola; 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Ronald and Muriel Davidson of Sauble Beach and Ethel Davidson of Lake Charles. Predeceased by a step-daughter Shirley Doyon and her husband Leo, and a brother Roy Davidson.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan one hour prior to the funeral service which will be held on Friday, June 26th at 11:30AM. Interment St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye.

Alec and I want to reach out and tell you all how sorry we were to hear of “Grannie’s’ passing!! She was quite the lady!!! Witty, fiesty, loving and fun to be around!! Dear, dear Family: I am so sorry to read of your Mom’s passing. May Almighty God surround you all at this time with His love, peace and comfort. I will be praying for you all. It is a sad thing to lose one’s Mom, regardless of how old they are or we are. Sending my love to all.
I was sorry to read of your mother’s passing. I remember her from my childhood as well as all of you. I believe I did see her once here in Strathroy. I would have recognized her for sure. My sincere condolences.

Dear Cochrane family,
So sorry to hear of Marion’s passing. We have fond memories of her living here in Lucan. Many enjoyable times with her and George at the cottage in Grand Bend across from our Aunt Angela’s cottage. Marion was a lovely person. Please accept our condolences.
