You and Howard and your family were an important part of my life in Stephen Township, especially
as a close neighbour. I always enjoyed talking to Howard (although as always, not nearly enough),
as well as seeing his shed full of interesting antiques. He always wanted my brother and I to sell him our John Deere AR.
I did see that he managed one or two as well as a host of other keepsakes. I know he was very proud of everything he collected and he kept them in show room condition. I appreciated hearing the Skipka school bell ring in the mornings around
quarter to eight. I remember giving him playful heck when he stopped doing it for awhile and he started doing it again.
My best to you Jean, and your family, in your life going forward without Howard. I shall miss
waving at him when driving by……
