Sorry to hear about your dad’s passing….I have fond memories of him when he lived on the hill with all those dogs and Spring and I would visit often. He was always kind and funny, and had time for us silly little girls.

Condolence from Sherrie Broderick on June 19th, 2010 7:29 AM

Al
So sad to read of the passing of Clarence. My sympathies.
Many wonderful memories often return to mind over the years, including the moving of equipment from farm to farm and the loan of one of his ‘better automobiles” to Spring and I when mine failed.
He was quiet and non-intrusive but protective and reassuring at the same time. Our paths have not crossed in recent years but I know I shall continue to remember our shared times.
My condolences for your loss.

We met Clarence when he moved up to Larder Lake with Shirley, in
the early ’90s. He knew his sports, and we had many pleasant
conversations at our backyard picnics. We love him and we miss him.

To Cathy John Allan. I recall all of you growing up across the road up on the hill. I had several good visits with your dad talking about old times when he was in the Villa. My sincere condolences.. Bob Down.
