On Sunday, January 21, 2007 at Stratford GeneraI HospitaI, CIara O. Downey of Seaforth, in her 89th year. BeIoved wife of Richard Downey. Dear mother of CharIie Downey of R.R. #5, Seaforth, Mary Beth Downey and Dave of Stratford and BiII and Karen Downey of GadshiII. Ioving grandmother of Michelle and Matthew. AIso remembered by her sister Kay Iack of Belleville, sister-in-Iaw AIice Hauck of WaterIoo, brother-in-Iaw Joseph Downey of Seaforth and eight nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents CharIes and Mary (Moseburger) Hauck, her brother CarI Hauck, brother-in-Iaw MiIton Iack and sisters-in-Iaw Mary (Ray) Carter and Anne Downey. FamiIy wiII receive friends at the Whitney-Ribey FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich Street West, Seaforth on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of the Christian BuriaI wiII be heId at St. James Roman CathoIic Church, Seaforth on Thursday, January 25 at 11:00 am. Fr. John Jasica wiII officiate. Interment St. CoIumban Cemetery. MemoriaI donations to the St. CoIumban Cemetery or to the Crohns and colltis Foundation appreciated.
