My thoughts and prayers go to all of Sheila’s family. You do not know me and probably many more like me , but we all worked and played with Sheila We will always respect and remember her as a dynamic, fearless, women. She had a special way of inspiring scared women (mostly) to actually risk all including brutality to make Fleck Industries a CAW shop . Many people owe her efforts to a secure and greatly improved work place CAW made of Fleck Industries Huron Park CAW is now a park of UNIFOR where she is still commemorated and inspiration ally remember often.she was a wonderful, kind and one of the strongest Union women I have ever met .
