My dad, to be your daughter is an absolute honour. You taught me the most valuable lessons that I will carry with me throughout all my life. You were a blessing for our family and our love for you will live on for an eternity.

Acestă credință mă atrage în mod deosebit atunci când mă gândesc la draga mea prietenă Mihaela și familia ei, care au suferit recent pierderea soțului și tatălui lor, George (Gigi). Deși nu l-am cunoscut personal pe George, știu că a fost un soț și un tată iubit, și cred că arătarea de iubire și compasiune față de familia sa este o modalitate de a onora memoria sa și dragostea pe care o avea pentru ei. Așa cum este scris în 1 Ioan 4:7-8, ‘Iubiților, să ne iubim unii pe alții, pentru că dragostea este de la Dumnezeu; și oricine iubește este născut din Dumnezeu și Îl cunoaște pe Dumnezeu. Cel care nu iubește nu L-a cunoscut pe Dumnezeu, pentru că Dumnezeu este dragoste'”.

“Cred că Dumnezeu are un plan pentru fiecare dintre noi și că chiar și în mijlocul durerii și pierderii, putem găsi alinare în cunoștința că într-o zi ne vom reuni cu cei dragi în rai.
