The hockey tournaments we’d attend for the weekend. Seemed wherever Harry was, a party would break out. He had such a zest for life. OK, I know we were younger then but that’s how we want to remember him. Great times, great memories, great guy.

Dear Judy, Jeff and Jamie,

Harry (Mr. Bond) made a huge impression on me as a little boy growing up on Albert Street. I have so many fond memories of Christmas Eve at your house, late summer evenings on the back patios and looking for Puffy and Dad only to find them with Harry in your backyard. As a 5 year old, I thought Mr. Bond was the coolest when he rolled up in his big truck and I desperately wished he would let me sit in the drivers seat. Harry’s sneaky squint and sly school boy laugh, made you feel you were sharing a special moment, just you and him. It didn’t matter whether you were 2 or 82, he had a way to connect with everyone.

Harry will be sorely missed by us all. We very much wish we could be with you to say goodbye. I have it on good authority that some Welsh Cakes are on their way along with my Mom, Dad, Joanne and John.

Here’s to Harry, may he live in our hearts until we meet again.
