Condolence from Victor Fulcher on December 10th, 2010 5:12 PM

I was very sorry to learn of Betty’s death. My family’s backyard & Betty and her father’s backyard backed onto each other when I lived in Exeter during the 1950s and 1960s. A few years ago Betty & I shared a laugh when I told her how I regretted causing her father a great deal of annoyance when I was a little boy by sneaking into his raspberry patch-year after year-to help myself to his raspberries. I hope Betty is now able to convey my apologies to Mr. Coates. I will miss her very much.
