BENIGNO: Peacefully, at his residence, on Sunday, January 17, 2021, Gabino “Gaby” Benigno of Grand Bend, formerly of Brampton and Georgetown, age 77. Beloved husband of Sharon Arnolda (Haugen) Benigno. Loved father and father-in-law of Janey Benigno and her partner Rickie Singh and Karen Benigno-Burke and her husband Franklin all of Brampton. Step-father of Amanda and Brian Rogers, the late Jennifer and Ray Eckert and Jody and Dwayne Jackson all of Georgetown. Cherished grandpa of Makaila, Jazzlyn, Caylen, Sienna, Gordon (Kristin), Jonathan (Jamie), Samantha (Ryan), Spencer, Alexandra, Parker. Treasured great-grandpa of Brodie and Brenden Rogers. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Francisa Benigno, Manuela Benigno, Esmeralda Benigno all of Spain, Bruce and Louise Haugen and Agnes Haugen all of Port Perry. Remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents Guillermo and Angeles (Vargas) Benigno, brother-in-law Norman Haugen. At Gaby’s request, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood. If desired, memorial donations (payable directly) to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
