At London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital on Tuesday, September 19, 2006 Belva Doreen (Fisher) Rowe of Exeter in her 90th year.  Beloved wife of the late Harold Rowe (1992).  Dear mother of Bill and Audrey Rowe of Exeter, Wayne and Jo Ann Rowe of RR 1 Woodham, Ross and Shirley Rowe of London, Ann Marie and Howard Rannie of Sarnia, Janet and Brian Wedlake of Exeter and Dennis and Sandra Rowe of RR 1 Woodham.  Dear grandmother of Larry Rowe, Karen and Ed Willis; Jeff Rowe, Jayne and Chris Rowcliffe, Jo-Dee and Steve Hern; Laura and Bryan Tucker; Brenda and Rick Hughes, Todd and Barb Rannie, Derek and Tara Rannie, Cheri Wedlake and fiancé Miro Bracic, Scott and Alison Wedlake; Shawna and Chad Dalrymple and Matthew Rowe.  Also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.  Dear sister and sister-in-law of Ferrol Warwick of Port Huron, Iva Blair, Mary Fisher and Marie Fisher all of Exeter, Marilyn Denstedt of London and Geneva Rowe of Exeter.  Predeceased by infant daughter Mary, grandson Chris Rowe, brothers Bobby, Glenn, Ben and Wallace (Bud) Fisher and brothers and sisters-in-law Amos Warwick, Bob Blair, Elmer Rowe and Helen and Bert Brown and her parents Clark and Ella Fisher.    Friends may call at the Hopper Hockey Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Friday, September 22nd at 1:30 PM with Bob Heywood officiating.  Interment Exeter Cemetery.  Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Exeter United Church or the Exeter Villa would be appreciated by the family.
