Guys, I’m sad to read about your mom’s passing.
I can still hear her laugh… and her yelling at the dog to shut it.

Peter, although I never had the blessing of meeting your mom, I know how deeply she touched your life. During Covid, when you asked your friends to send her cards to ease the loneliness, it showed the incredible love and devotion you had for her. That kind of care speaks volumes about the bond you shared.

From the way you talk about her, it’s clear she was a truly remarkable mother, her kindness and strength live on in you, in the person you’ve become, and in the love you give to others.

My heart goes out to you and your family. The holidays will feel different this year, but may you find comfort in knowing that her spirit will always be with you, guiding you and holding you close. She will forever remain in your heart, a source of warmth and love that never fades.

Betty allowed me to marry her daughter and for that I have been always grateful. As much as I will miss her, I am content that she is now at peace.

Through all her stories about her life journey and her children I can only describe her as courages and enduring. I will carry all of those stories with me.
