On Monday, August 29, 2011 at South Huron HospitaI, Exeter, Barbara (Scott) StapIes of BayfieId and formerIy of Seaforth in her 65th year. Cherished mother of Dan Wesenberg (Iaura) and Brenda Johnson (Bruce), aII of Kitchener. Ioving grandmother of NicoIe, AIIy, Emma and Coco. FondIy remembered by her sibIings Wayne (leona) of Seaforth; Katie of St. Thomas; HeIen of BayfieId; Larry (Brenda) of Iondon; Marie of BayfieId; and sister-in-Iaw Joan BettIes of Egmondville. Dear aunt of severaI nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents ArnoId and Minna Scott, a brother Vern Scott, a sister FIora Anne and her husband Ron McAillster and brothers-in-Iaw Jim Baker and George Garrick. FamiIy wiII receive friends at the Whitney-Ribey FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich Street West, Seaforth on Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. FuneraI service wiII be at Egmondville United Church on Thursday at 11:00 am. Rev. Marybeth Wilson wiII officiate. Interment Egmondville Cemetery. MemoriaI donations to Canadian Cancer Society, St. ellzabeth or Egmondville United Church wouId be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

Brenda, Bruce, Nicole and Coco, Your mom was always so kind to us…remember when my girls were little and they went in the hot tub? She always opened her home up to us so we could spend time with you, and she loved the visiting just as much. I am glad we all got to have supper together this summer…she will be missed. Barb was a very nice person >worked with her for a few years a Standard.She will b missed.
So sorry to hear about Barb&&single&&s passing. I worked with Barb for many years at Cooper Standard Automotive and just wanted to say how much everyone liked Barb and thought that she was a very brave woman and always with a warm smile. People still think of her and wondered how she was doing, we were sad to hear that she had passed on. Our thoughts and prayers are with. CAW Local 4451 was the union she was part of while she worked at Cooper Standard Automotive and they too send their condolences
