At L.H.S.C. University Hospital, London, on Monday, June 29, 2015, of Lucan, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Donna (Robinson) Atkinson. Dear father of Ruth Ann and Don Cunningham of RR#2 Lucan, Janice and Tracy Kerr of Dorchester, and Cathy and Ryan Trottier of London. Dear grandfather of Jason and Jocelyn, Adam and Katherine, and Ashley; Morgan; Roman; and great-grandfather of Auviahna and Levi; Leeanna and Emmery.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Friday, July 3rd at 11AM with The Rev’d Matt Martin officiating. Interment St. James Cemetery.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated the family.

I was so sorry to her of the passing of Jack. I will never forget coming to your house and playing and seeing your dad after a
long days work of delivering bread. Such an kind and gentleman. You are all in my thoughts at this difficult time.

I was very sorry to hear Jack had passed away. I always remember him as a friendly man who could exchange “hellos” when meeting him. I enjoyed the photos offered for display. The picture with the “bread truck’ is how I originally remember Jack. He obviously has a loving family and he will be missed. Thinking of you.

I am very sad to hear of Jacks passing, my thoughts and prays are with you and your family at this time.
I am very sorry for your loss. I remember Jack delivering bread, buying Dad’s rotiller and selling it back to me, mowing grass in December one year and blowing snow on the same day another year (London Free Press pictures that I still have), soccer days, and most of all that smile.
