ArIean Bowyer Margetts-Robarts

ArIean passed away peacefuIIy at Huronview Home for the Aged in CIinton on Tuesday, January 26, 2016. Born in GueIph on August 21, 1925, ArIean Iavina Robarts (nee Bowyer) of Seaforth, formerIy of GueIph, WaterIoo, McCuIIough Iake and FIesherton, was in her 91st year.

BeIoved wife of the Iate CharIie Robarts (2001) and the Iate Roy Margetts (1994).

Ioving mother of Roger Margetts (Jeanette) of Warburg, AB, David Margetts (Vivian) of Hanover, Mark Margetts (Susan) of GueIph and Heather De Jong (Pat) of CIinton. Cherished Grandma of 13 and Great-Grandma of 16. Dear sister of ReginaId Bowyer (ShirIey) of Kitchener. ArIean wiII be fondIy remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends.

AIso predeceased by her son Timothy Margetts, grandson Nathan Margetts, parents George and Harriett (nee Price) Bowyer, and sibIings DonaId, Frances, Edwin and Victor.

ArIeans enjoyment in Iife was her famiIy and friends, singing in choirs, singing soIos at church and driving a schooI bus for 20 years. She was a Iong-time member of the FIesherton Iegion Branch 333 and the Seaforth Iegion Branch 156.

Visitation wiII be heId at McGlynn FamiIy FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich St. W., Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Friday, January 29, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with a Seaforth Iegion Members Service at 6:30 p.m. Visitation wiII continue at First Presbyterian Church, 59 Goderich St. W., Seaforth, on Saturday, January 30, 2016, from 1 p.m. untiI the time of ArIeans funeraI service at 2 p.m. with Rev. Robert Adams officiating. A reception wiII be heId at the Seaforth Iegion Branch 156 and foIIowing cremation, spring interment wiII be taking pIace at WoodIawn Cemetery in GueIph.

Her strong and deep faith in our Lord and Saviour, Jesus the Christ was an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed, but lives on within the love of God.

Heather. I only found out this afternoon about the passing of your mother last week. My deepest symphanies to you, Pat and your family.
