I’m so sorry to hear about the passing of Scott. He was a great guy and proud of his Lucan roots. I loved playing road hockey on Francis Street and Princess Street with him back in the day. My sincere condolences to the whole Anderson family.

Dear Becky and Anderson Family
So sorry that you have lost your Dad and Grandpa. He was a very kind and friendly man. I always enjoyed visiting with him and loved his smile. I remember him driving the bus for a ladies tour I helped planned. It was just after Baden was born and I remember telling the ladies if Baden had glasses our driver could be his twin. Scott loved the idea of being Baden’s twin.

Thinking of everyone that shared in Scotty’s Life. I knew Scotty in my High School years at Medway and living in Lucan well Elginfield at that time. Also knew Scotty’s family and his wife. My hubby Jerry knew him as well thru Lucan Irish Hockey times. Scotty had such a smile that made you smile. He was a kind soul and will be so missed. RIP Scotty. He was always first in line to help out on the K’s for Carol cancer walk. He was always willing to jump and help wherever he could. He was always willing to volunteer and help. Scott will be greatly missed.

We were saddened to hear of Scott’s passing. We both grew up with Scott in Lucan and continued our connection with him through the years. Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of Scott. He was such a kind and gentle soul. I would thank him all of the time for the supervision and safety he took pride in when driving our daughter Charlotte and other students to Medway each day.
I will never forget chatting with him around Lucan and he would always remember and bring up Bev, and how he missed her so much.
Our last chat a month or two ago was at the gas station where we all had a good 30 minute discussion at the pumps – my Uncle Tom was with me and they chatted about working together in the ‘good old days’. I do hope he is re-united with his love – Bev. Rest in the sweetest peace Scott… you will be missed.

Scottie and I enjoyed being Cub leaders together and he’d visit me at the bank in London when he had a break. We always stopped to have a chat if we met on the street or at the grocery store. His devotion to his family and neighbourhood held no bounds.

He will be missed, but rest assured that he is with his wonderful Bev

Dear Becky and the Anderson family. Paul and I are so sorry to hear of Scott’s passing. He would always stop to talk when we saw him out and about. I remember 30 years ago when Josh was at St. Joe’s emerge for a broken wrist. Paramedic Scott was just about to leave when he saw us waiting to be seen. He went out and got Josh a teddy bear to try to help him feel better. He was a good guy.

RIp Scott we will not forget you

I was so saddened to hear about Scott’s passing, and learning that Bev is gone as well brought back so many memories for us.

More than 30 years ago, when we were new in town, Scott and Bev were among the kindest people we could have met. Scott worked with my husband, and their family became such an important part of our lives during those early years of raising our children.

I was expecting our second child, Samantha, when we brought Jeremy to their house in the middle of the night so I could go to the hospital. Later, when I returned to work and became sick, Bev went out of her way to help our family — picking Jeremy up from school and bringing him home afterward. Bev was also Samantha’s preschool teacher and would pick her up and bring her back home.

Scott and Bev were truly wonderful people. Their warmth, kindness, and generosity meant so much to us, and my husband and I have never forgotten it. We will always remember them with gratitude and affection.

So sorry to hear of Scotty’s passing. We shared a lot of good times together, playing road hockey on Princess, travelling with Fritzy to Lucan Irish Games, OHA conventions, celebrating Jr D Championship. So many fun times over the years. He will be greatly missed.

Scott was involved in so many things in Lucan and touched a lot of lives. He was on a ball team with my husband, and always had a big smile and took the time to chat when we saw him. I ran into him years later when he drove my grandchildren on school trips and we would catch up. A friendly, warm person who will be missed! 💕

Scott was one of my earliest friends, going back to kindergarten, probably. We played hours and hours of sports with the local guys after school and on weekends – road hockey, football and baseball, depending on the season. My condolences to the family.
