Neal Richard Addley of Lucan, and formerly of Exeter and Corunna, peacefully passed at the South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Friday, November 15, 2013 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Millie (Tennant) Addley. Dear father of Terry (Anna), Sherrie, Shellie, Jeff (Heather) and Ben (Marcy). Cherished grandfather of Scott, Nicole and David; Katie and Naomi; Courtney, Wesley and Mackenzie. Beloved like a grandfather to Josh Reed and Jessie Skinner. Dear brother, brother-in-law and Uncle Neal to many.
Neal was a long time employee of Ethyl Corporation Canada, an honoured retired member of the Corunna Volunteer Fire Department and a dedicated member of the Moore Twp.Parks and Recreation Board.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the Middlesex-London EMS paramedics, and the medical staff, especially the nurses at both UniversityHospital, London and SouthHuronHospital, Exeter.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, Exeter (one street west of Main), on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 10:30 AM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (40007 Kirkton Road, Exeter) where Neal was a faithful and cherished member. Pastor Scott Stein will be officiating. Interment will take place at ZionCemetery, Hepworth.
Donations to the South Huron Hospital Association, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

We arrived in Florida yesterday to hear the sad news from home about the passing of our brother Neal.
Our deepest sympathy and love goes out to Millie, the children, grandchildren and the rest of the family. We are sorry we can’t be with you to pay our personal respects but our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was saddened to hear of Neal’s passing but at the same time I have such wonderful memories of the ‘many’ years you lived next door and the great times we shared….treasures never to be forgotten. We will always remember the kindness Neal and Millie showed to our family. Neal was a special neighbor who helped whenever we needed him. Our Carleigh has fond memories of the Day Care and all you taught her. We are sorry that we can’t be with you today but our prayers are with you.

My love and prayers are with you all. Your home, my second home, your family, so dear to my heart. I cannot find the words to express my thoughts or remembrances for they are many. Your busy household is one of the significant settings in my childhood memories and Neal is always there.
