The following questions are typical of the ones that the selected candidate will be fielding in-person, on the phone or by email. Please approach each question as if they were being asked by a member of the public and formulate your response as if it were directed to them. You should be able to access the information you need without any additional credentials or access. There is a balance between providing accessible information and knowing when an inquiry may need to be forwarded on to another team member.
