Suddenly, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Tuesday, January 23, 2007, Joan Dianne (Roney) Stephenson, of Hensall, in her 60th year. Beloved wife of Keith Stephenson. Loving daughter of Phyliss Roney and the late Russell Roney. Sadly missed by her foster daughter Leisa McBride and her husband Tom. Special grandma to 5 grandchildren. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Faye and Earl Reichert and Ann and Dan McMillan. Sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother-in-law Ken Stephenson.

Cremation. No funeral home visitation. A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, January 27, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. in the Hensall United Church. Pastor Elly Van Bergen officiating. Private family interment Bayfield Cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hensall United Church, Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of one’s choice
